We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. With all things that are made, situations may occur that may lead you to not being completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of that occurrence, please review the Warranty, Exchange, and Return policy below.

Before placing your order, please check the information entered and make sure that it corresponds with your requirements.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from original shipping date for Wright Optics Limited to receive your merchandise for a refund or exchange.
  • We can’t refund you for glasses damaged beyond normal wear and tear or contact lenses and solutions removed from their original packaging. You must return all products in the resalable packaging they came in- glasses must be returned with the resalable frame case, and contact lenses must be returned in their original sealed box. The product and packaging may not be tampered with including but not limited to markings, writing or stickers on them.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment method you chose at checkout. It usually takes about 7-10 business days from the time we process your return for you to receive the credit, depending on your financial institution. If you no longer have access to your original payment method, we’ll issue a Wright Optics Limited gift card for your refund.
  • Do not send your glasses in your own case, as Wright Optics Limited will not be able to return this to you.
  • Do not ship product in soft packs or envelopes. This can cause the product to be damaged or lost in transit. Wright Optics Limited is not responsible for any returned products damaged in transit due to the choice of packaging and recommend shipping product back in a box.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Exchange on frames is not permitted. Because eyeglass lens orders are highly customized to you and your prescription, making all lenses are finalized and cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. A restocking fee may be assessed on stopped or processed orders.

Contact lens supplies may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact lenses must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in sale-able condition to be considered as part of the refund. If a portion of our purchase was made using insurance benefits, we are unable to reinstate benefits. You must contact your insurance company.

Warranty Policy

Your new lenses have a 6 months scratch and coating warranty.

If there is a defect or issue with the lenses, please reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Any issues by Wright Optics Limited within the 90-day warranty period will be fully covered. Other issues may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Lens orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the frames entering the lab. Once the frames make it to the lab, orders cannot be cancelled.

Contact Lens Return Policy

We accept all unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses accompanied by the original sales receipt within 90 days. Products boxes must be in their original, factory sealed condition for a full refund.

Damaged Product

Each product undergoes close inspection before leaving our store, but they could still be damaged on their way to you. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the product in question as soon as possible. Further instruction will be given by our customer service team, and exchange will be arranged once the returned product has reached our store.

Form of Refund

Refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Actual fund arrival is subject to your form of payment and bank involved and may take up to 4 weeks to fully processed.
